1. Is there some parking available in the área? What public transport options exist?
There is a designated and enabled parking area in front of the entrance of BBK Klima Abentura. There is a designated parking area in front of the entrance to BBK Klima Abentura. In any case, BBK Klima Abentura and the BBK Urdaibai Centre are perfectly connected by various means of transport such as train and bus. Both of them provide access to the BBK Urdaibai Centre, as at the entrance to the centre there is a stop on the E4 Bilbao-Bermeo Euskotren line called Itsasbegi-Busturia and on the Bizkaibus Bilbao - Bermeo line 3515, which stops at the same roundabout as the access to the centre. BBK Klima is committed to sustainable mobility and promotes the use of public transport as a means of arrival and connection to Urdaibai, contributing to improving our quality of life in our environment.
2. Can I leave the park and come back in?
Yes, as long as you purchase a paid ticket for any of the challenges or facilities such as the scape room that you can find at BBK Klima Abentura, you can enter and leave as many times as you need. If you take a free ticket, you can enter at morning from (11:00-14:59) or at afternoon (15:00- 19:30). In both time ranges you can go in and out as many times as you want, but once the time is exceeded it will not be valid.
3. Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed as long as they are leashed and accompanied by their owners. They must wear a muzzle if necessary.
4. ¿Puedo llevar mi propia comida?
No food or drink is allowed inside the park.
5. What age group is BBK Klima Abentura for?
The adventure is open to everyone, but children must be accompanied by an adult as the completion of the challenges is associated with an app.
6. What do I have to do once I have purchased the ticket?
Once you buy your ticket, you will receive it in the format you have chosen. On the other hand, you will have to download the BBK Klima app. Once you have downloaded it, you must enter the ticket code to start the adventure.
7. How much time do I need to visit Klima Aventura?
You can live the adventure by participating in any of the three challenges (Ura, Energia-Mugikortasuna and Janaria), each of which will last approximately 2 hours. However, each user is free to set the pace they need and want to live the experience. You should remember that it is necessary to book a time for the zip line to avoid queues and waiting.
8. Are strollers available at Klima Aventura?
No. If the minor needs a pushchair, he/she must bring it from home.
9. Is smoking allowed in the park?
From BBK Klima we encourage users to join in the objective of keeping the environment free of smoke.
10. Are there lockers in the area?
There is no locker service, so it is recommended to bring only what you need.
11. I have lost my belongings in the park, what should I do?
Contact BBK Klima using any of the available channels and report it. Then, they will provide you with the information they have about the lost object.
12. What can you do in the park in case of rain?
The rain does not affect the operation of the park so you can still enjoy Klima Abentura even if it rains.
